This page provides access to the following functions:
Expenditure: log all expense items. Displays a list of all expense items, listed by month starting with the current month,
with options to view by Expense Category,
and enter a new expense item, or edit an existing item.
Invoices: Displays a list of all sales invoices, listed in reverse order of date of issue, displayed by month.
Options to view Pending only, Paid only or All,
and to add a new invoice, or edit an existing one.
Mileage: log all business mileage. Select team member's name from drop-down list. Most recent day's time records are displayed.
Options to view records further back.
Click to Add a new entry, or to Edit an existing entry.
Timewriting: log work time for each team member against projects. Select team member's name from drop-down list. Most recent day's time records are displayed.

or add a new entry.
Budget: show budgeted and actual sales and expenses for the current month, with the option to view earlier months,
and set budget amounts for future months. Net and Gross Profit are calculated for the month.
Budgeted amounts are displayed in left hand column and actual in right hand.
Expenses are shown as totaled by category, with option to view details of category.
Bank reconciliation: This forms displays all income and all expense entries which are not yet checked as reconciled with the bank statement.
Income, ie. Sales invoices, are displayed first, in date order, and a tick box is checked when the item has been matched to the bank statement.
Change tabs to view Expense items, also displayed in date order. Tick the box when the item has been matched. Options: to enter new expense item if one has been missed.
